Q: How long will it take to receive my shipment?
A: Orders will be shipped within 3 business days once the order is received. We do ask that a period of 3-6 days be allowed for processing in case an item needs to be specially ordered from the manufacturer. If an order must be recieved promptly, please call us at 800-249-5075
Q: Are shipping charges included in the price of the merchandise?
A: There is a flat-rate for the shipping of all items. The shipping fee is 7.95 for UPS Ground. Other methods of shipment may be arranged if the merchandise must be received promptly.
Q: What methods of shipping do you have available?
A: All orders are shipped UPS Ground at $7.95. However, UPS 2 Day Air ($24.95) and UPS Next Day Air ($41) are also available.
Q: Is "rush delivery" available?
A: You can request an order to be rush-delivered. But keep in mind that orders usually take 3-6 days for processing. If you would like to verify that you will recieve your order by a certain date, please call us at 800-249-5075.
Q: What are the shipping costs to the non-continentental United States?
A: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are UPS 2-Day Air, the fee will be $35.
